How to use the VitaliWave infrared sauna blanket?

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use our infrared sauna blanket so that you can enjoy a relaxing and beneficial experience for your health:

1 Preparation

Before using the infrared sauna blanket, make sure you have everything you need at hand.

Place the sauna blanket on a spacious and flat place (sofa, bed or on floor), prepare a cushion or pillow, and connect the power cord. Do not use any surface that is too sensitive to heat.

2 Set the temperature and time

Plug the sauna blanket into an electrical outlet and turn it on (press the central button on the remote) so that it begins to heat up.

Choose the temperature and session time you want. Most people start with a temperature of around 70ºC and a 30-minute session, but you can adjust it to your needs and preferences.

Once you get used to the temperature, you can turn it up to its maximum (80ºC) and stay for as long as you want (maximum 50 minutes).

TIP: We recommend that you let it warm up for 10 minutes before going inside.

3 Hydrate yourself and make yourself comfortable

Before entering the sauna blanket, make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. Wear comfortable clothes (that cover your skin if you use a high temperature) and loosen up, and drink a glass of water to stay hydrated during the session.

4 Get into the sauna blanket

Get into the sauna blanket and close the zipper, making sure that the blanket is in contact with the largest part of your body. Also make sure your head is out of the blanket and you can breathe comfortably.

Tuck your arms inside the sauna blanket to maximize the benefits, if you get overwhelmed you can take them out whenever you want.

5 Relax

During the session, relax and enjoy the sensation of heat that envelops your entire body. You can read a book, listen to music, or just close your eyes and meditate.

6 Clean it up and shower

Once you've finished your session, get out of the sauna and unplug it.

Use a towel to dry any sweat inside the sauna and be sure to drink more water to keep your body hydrated.

Wait until it cools down before putting it away.

Now all you need is a shower (preferably with cold water) and you can start the day with energy or just go to sleep if you used it at night!
